INDEMNIFICATION:
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Seller from any third-party claims, damages, legal fees, or liabilities arising from misuse or unlawful use of the purchased compounds.

GOVERNING LAW:
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. I agree to resolve any disputes in Sarasota County, FL, and that if any part of this release is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
